Thank you for supporting independent, on-demand creation. All products in this shop are produced only after an order is placed, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing:

On-Demand & Made-to-Order Products

All items sold through this store are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners, including but not limited to:
    •    Printful (apparel & accessories)
    •    T-Pop (eco-friendly apparel & accessories)
    •    Lulu (printed books)

Because each product is created specifically for the customer:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Incorrect size, color, or product selection
    •    Buyer error (including incorrect shipping information)
    •    Minor variations in color, texture, or print placement inherent to print-on-demand production

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly help resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
    •    Contact us within 7 days of delivery
     Include:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photos of the issue
    •    A brief description of the problem

Once the issue is confirmed, we will coordinate with the fulfillment provider to issue a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Books & Printed Materials (Lulu)

Printed books are produced on demand through Lulu.

Refunds or replacements for books are only offered if:
    •    The book arrives damaged
    •    There is a printing or binding defect
    •    The incorrect item was received

Refunds are not offered for:
    •    Buyer’s remorse
    •    Minor cosmetic variations
    •    Formatting differences inherent to print processes

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost in transit:
    •    We will work with the fulfillment provider and shipping carrier to investigate
    •    Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis

Please note that shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
    •    The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs
    •    Refunds are not guaranteed

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

European Union Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    •    Goods that are made to order or personalized
    •    Print-on-demand products produced specifically for the customer

All items sold through this store are produced on demand and are therefore exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
